These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kotranix website and any order placed with Kotranix Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. ("Kotranix", "we", "us"). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Kotranix is a 3D printing studio based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, offering ready-made 3D printed products and custom manufacturing services.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order — whether through the shop, the custom print request form, or checkout — is an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we accept it, which for custom or made-to-order items happens after we've reviewed your reference, quoted a price, and received your agreement to proceed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including after payment, if a part isn't feasible to print, if pricing was quoted in error, or for any other reasonable business reason — in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing

Prices for in-stock shop items are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Custom and made-to-order requests are priced individually by our team based on the model, size, material, finish and any painting or post-processing work involved — no price is auto-generated for custom requests, and nothing is charged until you've agreed to a quoted price.

4. Payment

We currently accept payment via UPI. After placing an order, you'll be shown a UPI QR code and ID to complete payment directly, and asked to upload a screenshot confirming the transaction. Orders are processed once payment is verified. Kotranix does not store your banking credentials or UPI PIN at any point — payment happens entirely within your own UPI app.

5. Production & lead times

Estimated print times and delivery windows shown on this site are typical ranges, not guarantees. Complex, multi-part, or bulk orders may take longer than standard single-item orders. We'll communicate realistic timelines with your order confirmation and flag any delays as early as possible.

6. Custom work & intellectual property

When you submit a reference file, photo, or design for a custom print, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to have it reproduced, and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's intellectual property. Kotranix will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted characters, trademarked designs, or other protected works without evidence of authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

Kotranix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a purchased product, including 3D printed parts used in load-bearing, safety-critical, or professional applications, unless such use was explicitly discussed and agreed to in writing as part of the order specification.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
