Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

Kotranix currently ships across India. If you're placing an order from outside India, contact us via the contact page before ordering and we'll confirm whether international shipping is possible for your order.

2. Processing times

Ready-made shop items typically leave our studio within 24–72 hours of order confirmation. Custom and made-to-order items take longer, depending on modeling, print time, and any painting or finishing requested — we'll give you a specific estimate when we confirm your quote.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,999. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

4. Delivery times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. We'll share tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

5. Order tracking

After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within the estimated processing window, reach out via the contact page and we'll look into it.

6. Packaging

3D printed parts are packed with protective padding suited to their shape and material — rigid parts in structured boxes, and delicate or detailed pieces individually wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

7. Delivery issues

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it further, and contact us right away — this helps us process a reprint or refund quickly under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address changes

If you need to change a delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually accommodate changes before an order ships, but not after.
